The Hub 760, LLC is independently owned. It hosts programming delivered by other organisations and engages outside advisers for its own operations — each under an ordinary arm's-length agreement, with each party carrying its own insurance, licensure and compliance. The booking and operations platform behind this site is built and powered by Audio Lounge — Audio Lounge writes and runs the software; the Hub owns the business, the room and the relationships.

Why the cleaning line wins its contracts
Compliance posture is the differentiator, and it is written down rather than asserted. It is also why the building can host other people's businesses without inheriting their risk.

system that prevents cross-contamination.
