The Hub 760 is a community center in Oceanside that empowers minority-owned businesses — consultation, a retail storefront to promote and market brands, a live recording studio with professional-grade equipment, and photography services.
Three lines under one roof, and each one feeds the next. The cleaning contracts fund the building; the studio serves the class; class participants become studio clients or cleaning-line hires.
Janitorial and facility cleaning for administrative, medical, lodging and outdoor spaces — run to a written compliance program, which is what holds contracts near Camp Pendleton and the hospitality corridor.
Record your masterpieces on professional studio-grade equipment. All audio styles, whichever instruments you play — tracking, production and engineering with an engineer in the room.
Financial literacy and music production, each delivered to a written lesson plan with demonstrated outcomes — and a route onward into studio time or work on the cleaning line.
Rates shown are the published rates from the 2024 rate card and are confirmed at booking.
The building already brings people through the door. The platform lets other local businesses meet them here — list a service, take bookings, and pay the member rate rather than a walk-up rate.
A cleaner, a photographer, an engineer, an instructor, a barber — your service gets its own page, hours and booking link under the Hub.
Clients book you directly through the Hub, in the same place they book the studio or a class. One calendar, one front door.
A monthly membership discounts your room time, studio hours and storefront space, and scales with how much of the building you use.
Storefront placement to promote and market your brand, plus the consultation support the Hub was built to give minority-owned businesses.
The Hub exists for small and emerging operators — the ones who need a room, a storefront and a booking page before they can afford any of them alone. These are the service categories the building already supports. A listing is a real business with real hours, never a placeholder.
Engineers, producers and mixers working sessions in the studio.
Studio hoursPortrait, product and content shoots using the room and the storefront.
Room hoursOperators serving administrative, medical, lodging and outdoor sites.
DispatchedFinancial literacy, music production and other cohort-based teaching.
ClassroomShelf and rail in the storefront to promote and market a brand.
StorefrontThe business-development support the Hub was founded to give.
By appointmentBeyond the booked services, the Hub runs open community events — showcases, workshops, listening sessions, market days. Membership is how a resident or a neighbour gets into them, and how the room stays open on the nights it is not booked.
Artists who record here play what they made, in the room they made it in.
Short-form sessions from the operators in the building — production, photography, money, running a service business.
The storefront opens to the brands the Hub carries and the ones it is courting.
Members reserve seats before general release and bring guests at the member rate.
Every tier includes a listing and booking on the platform. The difference is space, hours and how far the member rate reaches.
Membership terms and pricing are being finalised ahead of launch. Talk to us about what you need the room for and we will scope it with you.
The Hub already runs Square at the counter, so the catalogue, the customer list and the takings live in one place. Booking a room, paying for a session and buying from the storefront all hand off to that same Square account — the front door is here, the till is the one already behind it.
That means a price changed on the POS is changed everywhere, nothing about a card is handled by this site, and there is no second system to reconcile at the end of a day.
Compliance posture is the differentiator, and it is written down rather than asserted. It is also the reason the building can host other people's businesses without inheriting their risk.
A written SDS program and chemical handling to
29 CFR 1910.1200, with labelled dilution and a colour-coded
cloth system that prevents cross-contamination.
Bloodborne-pathogen precautions to
1910.1030, clean-to-dirty and high-to-low sequencing, dedicated
materials for clinical high-touch surfaces.
EPA/FIFRA label dwell times observed as written — a disinfectant that is wiped early has not disinfected.
Two-week safety training with a background and credential gate, supervised until sign-off, before a technician works a site unaccompanied.
The Hub is at 701 Seagaze Dr. #F, Oceanside, CA 92054. Come in to see the studio and the storefront, or write with what you do and what you need the room for — we will reach out.
