Oceanside · open to the neighbourhood

Community.

The Hub is a room the neighbourhood can walk into. Programmes run in cohorts, the storefront and studio open for events, and membership decides how much of the building is yours.

Taught here

Programmes.

Each runs to a written lesson plan, in cohorts rather than drop-in. Tell us which one fits and we will write when the next opens.

Financial literacy

Budgeting, credit, and how a small business actually keeps its books — taught to a written lesson plan, in cohorts.

  • Owners keeping their own books for the first time
  • Anyone deciding whether to form an entity
  • Members preparing for a first business bank account
Cohorts open on a rolling basis

Music production

Recording, arrangement and release, taught in the room the sessions happen in — on the same equipment.

  • First-time artists with songs and no process
  • Producers who want studio time and structure
  • Members moving from the classroom into paid sessions
Cohorts open on a rolling basis

Brand & storefront

Consultation on positioning, packaging and shelf presence, using the storefront as the working example.

  • Brands preparing for their first retail placement
  • Operators with a product and no story
  • Members taking shelf or rail in the storefront

Events.

These are the kinds of night the building runs. Dates go out to the interest list first — there is no public calendar yet, and we would rather publish nothing than a date we have to move.

Open night

The storefront and studio open to the neighbourhood — meet the operators working out of the building, hear what is being made here.

Open to everyone. No membership needed.

Cohort showcase

Participants finishing a programme present what they built — a release, a business plan, a storefront line.

Open to everyone; participants and their guests seated first.

Member session

Studio and classroom time held for members, run as a working session rather than a class.

Resident and Programme members.

Business clinic

Sit down with the Hub on one operating problem — pricing, compliance paperwork, or getting listed and bookable.

Every tier includes a listing and booking. The difference is space, hours, and how far the member rate reaches.
